Ed Alf III, President
Ed grew up boating in Michigan during the summer. Ed III and his father, Ed Sr., who is still active in the business, purchased Flerlage Marine in 1993. When time permits, Ed III enjoys boating with his wife, Debbie, and their three children. Ed is a graduate of St. Xavier High School, Duke University and received his MBA from the University of North Carolina.

Dave Pearson, Finance Manager
Dave began boating many years ago and became hooked when he took his first ride in a 16' runabout with a 115 Mercury outboard motor. Since then, he has worked in Sea Ray dealerships in Arizona, California and Ohio. Dave has 28 years of dealership experience. He currently lives in Anderson with his wife and two children.

Jim Wallace, Sales Consultant
Jim started in the marine business at the age of 7, working as a fourth generation employee of his family's marine dealership on Indian Lake. After graduation from Ohio State University in 1984, he moved to Cincinnati and opened a second location specializing in the sale of larger cruisers and motoryachts. He has been with Sea Ray of Cincinnati since January 2006 and says that he truly enjoys working with such a great group of people that are truly committed to boating. When he is not on the water, Jim enjoys tinkering with cars and spending quality time with his wonderful daughter, Brooke.

Angela has been a boater for over 25 years, travelling the Ohio River from Pittsburgh to Louisville. She and her husband even lived aboard their 40' cruiser for 7 years making it an experience they will never forget. Angela enjoys helping clients find the perfect boat for their lifestyle.

Jeff began boating at the age of 5 when his parents purchased a Sea Ray from Sea Ray of Cincinnati. He has great memories of boating with his family on the water. Now that he is married, he still enjoys free time on the water with his wife. Jeff's experiences with the dealership as a customer helped him decide to work here. John Strietmann, Sales Consultant
John began boating in Leland, Michigan at an early age with a Crosby powered by a 5 horsepower Mercury outboard. In 1987 he purchased his first boat, a Sea Ray, from Flerlage Marine (now Sea Ray of Cincinnati). John has eight years of experience in the marine industry and enjoys spending his free time on the water and on the golf course. A life-long Cincinnati resident, John maintains close ties to his alma maters, St. Xavier High School and Xavier University. John is the father of three children, all of whom he introduced to boating, skiing and fishing at an early age. His kids, now 21, 19, and 15, continue to maintain their passions for each of these activities today.
