Ed grew up boating in Michigan during the summer. Ed III and his father, Ed Sr., purchased Flerlage Marine dba Sea Ray of Cincinnati and Sea Ray of Louisville in 1993. When time permits, Ed III enjoys boating with his wife, Debbie, and their three children. Ed is a graduate of St. Xavier High School, Duke University and received his MBA from the University of North Carolina.

Dave began boating many years ago and became hooked when he took his first ride in a 16' runabout with a 115 Mercury outboard motor. Since then, he has worked in Sea Ray dealerships in Arizona, California and Ohio. Dave has over 40 years of dealership experience. He currently lives in Anderson Township with his wife, Connie.

Jim started in the marine business at the age of 7, working as a fourth generation employee of his family's marine dealership on Indian Lake. After graduation from Ohio State University in 1984, he moved to Cincinnati and opened a second location specializing in the sale of larger cruisers and motoryachts. He has been with Sea Ray of Cincinnati since January 2006 and says that he truly enjoys working with such a great group of people that are truly committed to boating. When he is not on the water, Jim enjoys tinkering with cars and spending quality time with his wonderful daughter, Brooke.

Gary was introduced to boating at an early age by his grandparents on the Ohio River. Gary has over 18 years of experience in the marine industry. A passion for boats is what got him started in the business. Gary has owned several boats from an 18' 4 cylinder to 30' twin engine performance boats. If you boat on the Ohio you have probably seen Gary and his family out on the water. Gary is easy to work with and very down to earth. He is a graduate of Archbishop Moeller High School and he is the father of two young boys. Gary and his family spend their free time out on the water and riding four wheelers.

John is a 16 year veteran in the Marine Industry. He grew up boating in northern Michigan, and his love of the water has been a lifelong pursuit. In 1987 he purchased his first boat, a Sea Ray, from Flerlage Marine (now Sea Ray of Cincinnati). John enjoys spending his free time on the water, golf course, and Xavier University basketball games. John is the father of three and grandfather of one, all of whom he introduced to boating, skiing, and fishing as soon as they were able to swim. John has sales certifications in Sea Ray, Harris, Supra, Moomba, Bayliner, and Harris pontoon boats. His passion for the water is only exceeded by his drive to find his customers the exact boat to meet their needs.

Josh, better known by his nickname “Captain” to many, has from a young age pursued a career and lifestyle centered on spending more time afloat than on dry land. From marina work as a kid, he continued to develop his passion for the maritime industry, over time working his way to becoming a master captain in his early 20’s. Through his college years, Josh worked as a charter and delivery captain logging thousands of miles in the clear blue waters of sunny southeast Florida and equally, right here at home along the Ohio River. “Without a doubt, the best college job a guy could ask for!” Josh’s established skillset and industry knowledge is grounded in experience and passion. This combined with his jovial and outgoing “people person” demeanor, business forward acumen and hands-on approach make him an excellent asset to our team and foremost, a resource to our customers. Josh listens to and understands his client’s wants/needs and efficiently finds the solution that best meets or exceeds their expectations. Above all else, sharing his knowledge and love of the water and building lasting, trusted relationships with clients is his core principal. When not working, Josh is easy to find at the marina or out cruising the Ohio River. He delights in time shared with family and friends and is an avid fisherman/outdoorsman. He is a proud UC Bearcat, spending the fall and winter months rooting on the football and basketball teams at home games.
