I want to take a moment to thank you and your staff for a wonderful buying experience this past weekend, I appreciate all of your help and guidance. Let John and Chris know I am grateful for their assistance.. Assisting me in getting my boat into the slip I had rented was a tremendous help. I will highly recommend your dealership to anyone I know who is in the market for a watercraft.

Jim- Been meaning to drop you a quick note to say “Thanks” for being such a big part of our boating experience in Cincinnati! Although we are sad to leave, we’ll always have great memories of the people we met and the times we had at Four Seasons Marina. In particular, we’ll always remember our dealings with you. You are the ultimate professional! Feel free to use me as a reference anytime…as a very satisfied customer (you sold 3 boats for us and we bought 2 through you), or for those who question the value of buying or selling through a broker (you). You have represented us very well on both sides and have earned every penny of commission paid.
Thank you again for all your help, guidance, expertise and friendship over past 8 years! Wishing you the best of everything now, and in the future!
"My family recently purchased a 1998 Sea Ray 210 Bow Rider from Jeff Edler at the Cincinnati location. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the personal service we received from Jeff. He made the process go very smoothly, and he made the entire experience very enjoyable. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions using his years of experience and knowledge. There were so many "little things" that he coordinated to make the purchase of this boat great, that I might have trouble remembering them all. But, as is usually the case, it's these little things that make a difference. Jeff definitely made my family one of his priorities and he absolutely understands how to provide great customer service.
We met John from the Service/Parts Department at the Boat Show, he was very helpful to us at the show, and was also a huge help during and after the boat was purchased. I purchased a ski locker latch from the parts department, and when I came in to pick up the boat, it had already been installed. That was a very nice surprise.I think John may have had something to do with that, but regardless, we were very pleased with the service. They even removed the old owner's name from the trailer and put our family name on. Like I mentioned earlier, those may seem like little things, but they were so meaningful to us.
I wish you, Jeff, John and your whole staff continued success, with customer service like I experienced, I know you will be. Please feel free to use me as a reference if you would like to."

"Pat and I couldn't be more happy with our experiences in purchasing our Rinker 250 from Sea Ray of Cincinnati. After a fruitless search all spring, we had resigned ourselves to the fact that it might be a long time before we found the right boat. But thanks to the sales teams' efforts, we found the perfect boat. And they were absolutely wonderful to work with, from keeping an eye out for something we would be interested in to helping us launch the boat for the first time, he just couldn't have been any more helpful.
It's been a real pleasure dealing with all of the folks in your shop- you have really put together a top-notch team. We would highly recommend Sea Ray of Cincinnati to anyone looking for a boat of any kind."
"I knew that Sea Ray was one of, if not, the top brand in the market so there was never a question about quality with the product. But it was how Jeff treated me during the buying process that led me to purchase. Not only was he great in telling me about Sea Ray the company, the support, and the boat, but he was also a fantastic educator about boating! This was extremely helpful to me given that this is our first boat."
"Througout the entire experience, Jim displayed a wealth of knowledge in all product lines and years of boats. His communication, listening and organization skills provided a calm approach to problem solving and a comfort level with the process. We are exceptionally satisfied with our Sea Ray of Cincinnati experience and with Jim Wallace."

"I want to thank John so much for all of his help with the boat. I was very impressed with how easy you made everything. If I ever hear of anyone boat shopping I will send them your way."
"Just a quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed the buying process I experienced at the Sea Ray of Cincinnati dealership. Buying a boat is exciting and somewhat nerve racking. While my wife purchased a Sea Ray 175 before we met, this was my first time. Dave Pearson and Jeff Edler were extremely helpful in guiding me through the buying process. Their attention to matching what I wanted and needed was very helpful. Dave's comment about wanting to make sure that I purchased a boat that I was happy with today and tomorrow stuck with me as we considered all of our options. My wife and I have a 5 year old son and a 2 year old daughter and plan to enjoy many years family time on our new 230 Select."
"Just want to say a quick thank you for working with the insurance company on my boat repair. It's great to see someone going the extra mile for their customers. Thanks so much!"
"We brokered our Sea Ray 310 Sundancer cruiser through Sea Ray of Cincinnati. We picked one of the worst times to try to sell our boat, at the end of boating season. We contacted Gary Daniels, who we had spoken with earlier in the season, and signed the contract. They worked with us on a price for the year and size of our boat. They posted our boat on their website and several others, they also made calls to some people who they had been working with who were looking for a boat. We had two serious potential buyers, one was a customer of Gary’s and the other was a customer of one of his colleagues. One of those two ended up being the buyer of our boat. Gary worked with us very closely to try to ensure our boat was in as sellable condition as possible, he stayed in regular contact with us to keep us up to date on any potential sale activity of our boat. He also worked closely with his colleague to make sure he had all of the needed information regarding our boat to close the deal at a reasonable price, considering the time of year. If you have a boat to sell, the guys at Sea Ray of Cincinnati work very hard to set the right price, find the right buyer, and complete the sale."
